Big Boy Bed

So tonight Jason and I turned Josh's crib into a toddler Daybed. I changed it because lately he has been shoving his leg through the bars and getting stuck, then I have to pry him out! So we agreed it was time. He was jumping up and down on it cracking up...but let's see if he will actually stay in the bed and sleep! Here are some picture's. The first one looks like he is in a cage but it is the bed laying on it's side with no mattress. It took a little longer to convert it than normal because someone kept stealing our tools! By the way Josh is a little weird and likes wearing his cousin Madison's clothes. He found it laying around and asked to wear it! Just as long as he doesn't do it when he starts getting older I'm fine with it!

Not A Baby Anymore

My baby is gone...he is getting way to big and smart for his own good! Jason picked me up from work tonight and there was an Ozzy song on (he was singing about bad boys or something.) So Josh is in the back seat singing "bad boys, bad boys!" I almost died! It was histerical and so cute. He actually though it was the Cop's song (which his father & him watch at night before bed) So Jason starts singing "bad boys, bad boys whatcha gonna do, whatcha gonna do when they come for you!" So next thing I know Josh as clear as day says "bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do" It was histerical...of course he said it once and that was it. But it was histerical he was dancing around singing! Next thing you know he is going to be off too school! *sniff sniff I guess I better start working on Jason to have another one!

Ok so I finally have all my pictures uploaded from our trip to Jersey! I have some really cute pictures too of my niece, nephew, & Josh. The park was really neat. There was no stupid wood chips! It was made out of this squishy material...I think rubber. Probably feels a lot better than falling on wood chips too! Josh was also trying to pick up girls there too. Underneath the castle was a table and bench seats and he kept on going under there when the little girls came. It was so cute he would go up and sit down next to them and start babbling in his language to them! Too cute!

Why does it...

...work out that the days I'm able to sleep in and don't have to work I wake up early or get woken up and Josh sleeps in till 9 or later?? I've been up since 7 ish and Josh is still sleeping...one day it will work out to my advantage!

Traffic!

Can I just say I love going to visit my sister but I HATE the 3 hour trip to Jersey. It usually takes 3 hours or less to get there or back. Well I left at 5 pm and came home at around 9:45 pm! I ran into traffic at least 3 different times! At least Josh was wonderful in the car...no stopping...no whining! Ahhh it feel's so good to be home though! The only plus to going there was buying gas $3.82 instead of about $4.17 in NY! Although I just used it all up!

Jersey

Here I come! I'm going to Jersey very soon with Josh, my sister Elaine, & my niece Madison. Three long...long hours!! My nephew Connor is turning 2!!! But I have to leave Jason behind...he works the weekend plus his nephew is turning 1! Oh well...it will be nice to get away!

The Economy

Ahhhh! Spending money is killing me lately. I cook ever single freakin meal, we don't go out to eat, I save everything (freeze it or eat it the next day) & we are still going broke. I used to eat out almost every night, I never cooked, etc...It makes me want to cry every time I go get gas or go grocery shopping! We used to live quite comfortable now I freak out thinking we wont have enough for rent or I can't go grocery shopping because we have no MONEY! I hope the economy goes back to normal soon...thanks for listening...I'm sure everyone is feeling this way unless your rich? BTW...I don't think I've gone shopping in ages!!

We painted the other day which he ♥ to do...I think it is his favorite thing to do now...

I don't know what it is about baby hands but they are so cute and tiny...even if they are all messy!

My first attempt...

at a blog! Well...besides what I post every now and then on Myspace. I'm going to make an attempt at this though. It seems everyone and their mother has a blog these days...so I guess if you can't beat them...join them? If that makes sense?
